Welcome to Parfum Par Avion. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Parfum Par Avion Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and offers products and services subject to the terms outlined here. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

  • Our fragrances are produced in limited batches and may sell out quickly. Availability is not guaranteed.

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our ability but may vary slightly due to artisanal production methods and natural variations in materials.

  • Leather goods may include natural markings or variations; these are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included where applicable.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from Australia within 2–3 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary by region; delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.

  • As our fragrances contain ethanol, they are classified as Dangerous Goods and may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Fragrance products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Leather goods may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Parfum Par Avion Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws. No material may be used without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parfum Par Avion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
