Refunds

We are a small, bespoke niche fragrance house, all of our fragrance are hand-bottled. Our goal is to provide you with the best product and the best service and a portfolio of fragrances and leather bags that exceed your expectations. 

We have a 100% return policy if you're not happy with anything. Please contact us and let us know if there is a problem and we'll either replace it, free of charge, or refund your purchase. 

Sometimes things get damaged in transit, despite all the love and care we put into our beautiful babies (that is how we feel about our fragrance and bag), so please give us a chance to fix any (rare) problems. Thank you for your understanding

Please note - our leather bags are made for high-quality, genuine leather (we have vegan options available as well). This means that our leather with age with time, and will also come with different natural flaws. This is to be expected and not a manufacturing fault - we want beautiful, individual leather bags that patina with age.
