Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Parfum Par Avion ships directly from Australia to over one hundred countries via UPS.Delivery times vary by region, and additional transit time may apply due to customs clearance.
Note - if your country isn't on the shipping list (sorry Uncle Joe & Brendan) please let us know and we'll see if we can work out a solution.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All of our fragrances are cruelty-free and 100% vegan.
Can I return my fragrance?
Due to safety and compliance regulations, returns are only accepted on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Also, because fragrance is a dangerous good, shipping has very specific requirements and paperwork.
Why can shipping take longer for perfumes?
Our fragrances contain ethanol and are classified as Dangerous Goods. This can occasionally cause delays with certain carriers or customs authorities, particularly for international orders. Please message us if you're having any delays and we'll do everything we can to help sort it out. We're grateful for your patience with any delays.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every Parfum Par Avion product is presented with beautiful elegance, including a bespoke gift box, wrapping and a letter with our signature wax seal. Handwritten notes are available on request.
How long will my fragrance last once opened?
When stored correctly — away from direct light, heat, and humidity — our parfums will retain their character for approximately 24–36 months after opening.
Where are your products made?
All Parfum Par Avion fragrances are designed and created in Australia from global sources. Our fragrance is made by our luxury fragrance partner in France. Our leather goods are produced with the same philosophy of refinement and are made from high-quality, genuine leather. We source our materials from many different countries. Parfum Par Avion is an Australian-owned company that is genuinely global. Like us, our fragrance loves to travel.
Do your leather bags have imperfections?
Yes — subtle variations and natural markings are part of the character of genuine leather and should not be considered faults. These features reflect the authenticity of the material and isn't a design fault - we don't want cookie-cutter bags that have taken out the natural beauty and variations.
Our vegan leather bags are made of beautiful microfibre and have uniform perfection, but you will struggle to tell them apart from our genuine leather bags.
Can I test your fragrances before purchasing a full size?
Yes. Our Weekender Set is designed for this purpose, offering curated 3ml parfums to explore before committing to larger bottles.
How do I join the Frequent Flyer Rewards program?

Are your fragrances unisex?
Yes. All of our fragrances are created to be worn and enjoyed by anyone, without restriction to gender.
How do I store my fragrance?
Keep your parfum in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Storing bottles upright and replacing caps tightly will help preserve quality.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We can amend or cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at office@parfumparavion.com with your order number.
